I'm pretty sure you're only allowed to play in a certain qualifier when you live in that region, so lag etc. can be disregarded. Phoenix and ReaL will be allowed to qualify though. | ||

Don't forget viOlet qualified from NA last HSC and he turned out to be pretty fucking legit and more than just another Korean "B"-gamer. | ||

The qualified players from NA - or at least those who lived there for a longer period of time - did not fare well at all in the mlg arenas.
