It must be the racists at it again. Why the heck is there always a giant racist circle jerk whenever a white guy loses in GSL or something?

His extreme urge to win made him cheese, that is true greed. Choosing to play macro isn't greedy. interesting point if i go 3 nexus before gateway isn't that a macro build? is that not greedy? how do you know what MVP is thinking? you must be psychic :O + Show Spoiler + Congratulations to MVP and Parting (: hope to see Hero and Taeja in the semifinals (:

1. Naniwa is known for his macro, relatively greedy openings 2. MVP's wrists are still exploding so long games = more pain... ...however I agree that the games could have been more interesting if MVP were so inclined to continue macro games for the whole set

That's why MVP is a three time champion of the world and Naniwa is a champion of nothing. There was probably just one game where he lost that he might have been considered greedy and that was the forge expand game

I mean come on, his wrist is screwed up and he just found a doctor for it. It must be the racists at it again. Why the heck is there always a giant racist circle jerk whenever a white guy loses in GSL or something? Eh, hold your horses on the racist thing. It happened all the time in BW when someone would cheese an overwhelming favorite player out of a league. Fan boys just hate when their boy(no matter who it is) loses by cheese. People who tend to look at the big picture and enjoy the game know that cheese or "high risk" builds are just part of the charm that makes Starcraft such a great competitive game to follow. Without the possibility of cheese it becomes quite stale. In the end no one should blame MVP for doing the easiest and most efficient plan to win. Like Herm Edwards said... + Show Spoiler +

1. Naniwa has always been so weak to adjust to cheeses/all-ins like when Leenock destroyed him in providence. 2. MVP has always all-inned cheesed vs protoss. I do find it a bit annoying the bias though. When MC wins 2 basing it's automatically an all in. But when MVP wins bitbybit it's genius strategy lol.

MVP is the winner. He gets the money. He gets the girls. Naniwa is a loser. He sucks and eats dirt. It's so simple. No more arguing. User was warned for this post

You are very ignorant, every game of Mvp's vs protoss this season has been over 20 minutes until this match.

Once Naniwa showed poor scouting and poor crisis management with greedy play, why shouldn't MVP exploit the weakness with cheese?

MC 2 base all-ins "Amazing timing, unit control" MVP allins "Genius strategy, amazing unit control" The reason MVP all in'd was probably because his wrists were starting to hurt so he knew if he didnt start going all in he would lose simply due to wrist pain. So it's all good.

He made reads, varied up his play and took risks and was successful. Just cause the person you didn't want to win won doesn't discredit the victory. Boxer has been struggling since before his debut, not of CTS, but its bad enough he had to forfeit, and yet he has ALWAYS tried to give us good games. When he cheeses it's at least creative and not an entire series long. All I see in MVP now is someone who is falling apart and desperately clinging to what's left of his career by whatever means possible. I'd prefer to see him take a leave of absence as Boxer did if this is all he has left in him.

MVP played some really solid standard TvP games against Puzzle, adjusted his play vs Nani who is known for late scouting and greedy openers. It's why MVP is a god of Starcraft 2 and we're all judging the GSL from our armchairs, guy knows how to play ffs!
