Furthermore, making a bunker, wow so impressed with that skill. Must be nice to be able to pull scvs to buffer super high dps units. Not that naniwa could do the same mind you, as protoss actually need to have workers mining, mules are pretty funny.

If I were in MVP's position in a series, I'd use a build like that too (especially after a modified aggressive almost-all-in attack didn't work last game). Doesn't make it any more interesting or any easier to defend for Naniwa when he already delayed his gate as much as he did. The only thing he probably should have done differently was drop a forge as soon as he possibly could, I guess? I'm not in a position to critique his play when he held on as long and as well as he did with just micro.
I don't understand why MVP didn't try to force a macro game on Antiga. I thought that was the quintessential "Terran favored" map and would have complimented MVP's tank play really well with its architecture. He also has a really damn good record on it in GSL matches.

People saying MVP didn't deserve his win are fucking hilarious... people saying any non-pro terran could do what MVP did are also fucking hilarious.
Nani reacted really poorly to the cheese in the last game.
Foreigners in general seem to die to cheese far too often. I think it's part of this "if it's not a macro game it's not a game" mindset.

The last game was more Nani screwing up than MVP "crapping" on Naniwa. 15gate? Pull/Mineral walk probes to bunker then halfway there pull probes back and let bunker finish? Remake gateway only until first gate dies? Leave a stalker out in the middle of the map doing nothing?
Nani had some sick micro with his stalkers, but if he fixed 2+ of the any abovementioned things, game probably would've turned out differently

Disappointed that Naniwa won't make Round of 4, but he's done a great job anyway and he'll be in next GSL with Stephano.  Meanwhile we get Round of 4 Mvp so can't be upset for too long!

Funny thing is, when terrans complain about TvP late game. Protoss always point to the fact that Terrans has a stronger early/mid game. But when MVP wins early game, they complain?
It wasn't like these where old style '1-1-1' where it was close to impossible to stop even after scouting. Naniwa simply made mistakes.
