I dont think i have ever gotten commericals beyond the one when my stream loads(Which is always the same)

It's more that it takes place in France and in France french is spoken. They did not even consider it doing it english. It makes sense that a tournament be in the language it takes place, in Korea they speak korean right, not english? Dreamhack is a bit different, but it is because Swedish is so irrelevant internationally that they all pretty much know english, and are used to watch TV in english.

You shouldn't look at this as an sc2 event, but a sequence of performances... The band playing now is cool but her voice is a little bit off for this i think.
