Agree, he got such hype from Artossis and he played fantastic but that was 1 GSL, in ages i expected more from him this season in GSL. So it's hard to place him on a ranking, then again so is any Protoss part from maybe MC and a lesser way Parting maybe ?

That's true, but I also feel like Jjakji did better before he won the GSL because he was less well known then. Alive seems to be doing well regardless.

You're entitled to your opinion, but I disagree with it. Jjakji is super inconsistent whereas polt continually places well in tournaments. Both jjakji and polt have GSL titles as well, but that's pretty much the only thing jjakji has while polt has first at assembly and second at lone star clash as well as being vital for his team in team leagues where jjakji often drops the ball.
Personally, I might consider alive to be better than jjakji, after reaching the semifinals last GSL and winning ipl4 which was the most stacked foriegn tournament we've seen. But again, that's just my opinion.

but to me the best terran I have seen in SC2 is in fact TheSTC, he just haven't proved to the public yet about how solid he really is.

2-0 Lucky
He's never shown the match up weakness that MMA vs. Protoss and MVP vs. Protoss are, and IIRC people in Korea are saying that his TvZ is unbeatable at the moment. That leaves TvT, and he stomped Jjakji in TvT in two separate tournaments, so where does that leave him?
