In Season 1, this "second stream" ran at the same time as the main stream, but now, it runs earlier. In any case, you will have access to VODs of all the games from both streams.

This season GOM decided to move it earlier. Same thing applies. You don't get to watch it without a Premium ticket. You are still essentially paying for the same thing.

It was possible to view all the games on the main stream, they started earlier so they didnt have to run a dual stream. "a simultaneous" this oviously isnt a dual stream today, so that clause doesnt cover this.

No matter when Steam B is shown, you have to get the VODs if you're not Premium. They didn't screw you, it's shown explicitly that you won't get dual-streams. It's only that they decided to move the second stream earlier. Probably to better accommodate their premium buyers.
