dunno, aLive crushed Stephano 2-0 last time, but his TvZ doesnt seem too impressive as of late.
Squirtle seems strong against Zerg and could certainly defeat Stephano.

Not entirely wrong, at least for the Squirtle part (Stephano ZvP has evolved a lot since the games on the KR ladder everyone refers to). As for Alive, I disagree though, he is favored against Stephano considering his strength in TvZ

I remember the first time I watched him cast. It was some sort of school/college-tournament back in like late 2010 or something. It was pretty awesome, so soothing to listen to during matches and really relaxed and natural on camera. I respect him a lot from watching him climb the career ladder. Stephano, HuK, NaNiWa. Yes I think if Huk was in this trounament he would have done really well as too. he was in the tourney. he got eliminated really early. In a loser's final in the open bracket isn't all that early. I would suggest that Sase, Thorzain and Illusion are also quite good we have less than ten quality players who are close to being on a level with the Koreans. I hope that eventually there will be good forgien players in the GSL on their own skill and making deep runs a la Jinro and Huk. But I still think Huk easily could have come out and, if he had, he would have done decently in groups. again, i didnt say he didnt do well. i just consider the fact that he didnt make it out of open bracket getting eliminated really early. if you think not getting out of open bracket is not early then thats fine. its just semantics.
Fair enough. I would generally consider it early, in this particular tournament I'm not sure I would qualify it as very early. I concede the point to you though, it was early enough.

Depends on the version of 1-1-1. If you go with more banshees (3+) you can focus fire the colossus with the tanks and the banshees. Fast colossus works pretty well against the raven 1-1-1
