I think the Tempest should be cut from HotS now that Phoenix with the range upgrade can already beat Mutalisks, and that was the only purpose of the Tempest. Carriers should stay in the game and get some kind of minor buff. Maybe the interceptor upgrade by default or reduced build time. | ||

According to DRG, Hots is actually suck for Zerg. Terran is OP in hots with the radius defensive unit , whatever its called. | ||

I always was wondering when Genius used that carrier strat in the GSL finals whether Phoenix with range upgrade would be a good counter to mass corruptors and allow carrier strats to be viable.
