I think the Tempest should be cut from HotS now that Phoenix with the range upgrade can already beat Mutalisks, and that was the only purpose of the Tempest. Carriers should stay in the game and get some kind of minor buff. Maybe the interceptor upgrade by default or reduced build time. | ||

According to DRG, Hots is actually suck for Zerg. Terran is OP in hots with the radius defensive unit , whatever its called. | ||
