Weren't the games in Assemmbly mostly macro game and Polt won 4-1?

Yes, he did lose, but he lost in a pretty great series.
Yeah Polt and Stephano are pretty evenly matched, but I really don't think Polt vZ is that good for the standard of Code S. His TvZ actually ranks 18th in Korean TLPD, not really spectacular.

How to watch the vods? It just shows me that all the streams are offline, so no way to rewind back and the twitch.tv streams just don't h ave the vod function T_T.

He means the games in Lone Star where Stephano won 5-2.
I do think Polt is shaky vs. Stephano in macro games. Game 1 was hard won by him and Stephano had the game until he messed up one fight in the middle. Game 2 was straight up outplaying by Stephano.
Polt pulled out what he needed to pull out to secure a win in Game 3. Had he been confident to win vs. Stephano in a macro game, he'd have gone macro since Polt loves macro.

Go watch Asus Rog Assembly.
Not saying Polt is heavily favored against Stephano, these two are pretty evenly matched in macro games and I'd give the edge to polt for his building variance.

CC first -> Factory is very risky, but that was a good meta-game choice by Polt, since he's never seen Stephano bust out early lings.
Going pure lings is very risky as well, but that was not a good meta-game choice by Stephano, since he's seen Polt do this hellion marauder timing before.
The irony is, and the thing you guys aren't seeing, is that Stephano went roaches TWO games in a row thinking he needed it against this kind of push. He WAS playing safe against it.
The one game he goes pure lings, he loses to it. Sad but it's the issue with not saccing an overlord. Drone scout isn't that useful in this case because you can't see what's inside the Terran's base.
I thought stephano was going to run a group of lings around to poke the front after he took the rocks out to his third. Not poking the front or sending an OL in and actively scouting is what killed him. That's the risk he took and it didn't pan out.

He didn't use to be, but then people bitched at him for being a gimmicky all-in cheeser and he decided he was going to do macro every game. He's very much a macro player now.

4 Broodlords in a late game zerg army is not what I would call a standard macro game :/
