Does anybody know the results of DRG v Haypro? I never saw it on stream and MLG doesnt have it updated on their website

Edit: Nevermind. I found it on the OP results.

I think he has BETTER infestor control/BL/late game army control than ANY zerg right now, including DRG. And he shuts down drops fairly easily plus likes to play safe with spines.

Any Code S terran can take stephano in macro games, including Polt.
One perfect example would be alive, who is undefeated against stephano, and all the games weren't even close.

I would say overall I agree with you, but Stephano has more than shown that he can stand toe to toe with Polt. I wouldn't so easily write him off. Yes, he did lose, but he lost in a pretty great series.

Yeah Polt and Stephano are pretty evenly matched, but I really don't think Polt vZ is that good for the standard of Code S. His TvZ actually ranks 18th in Korean TLPD, not really spectacular.

I agree that there are stronger terrans vs Z but i can't name 18 better ones then Polt right now, TLPD is great but it only says overall points not the current play.

Polt gets destroyed in long macro games versus Stephano, check their history. There is a reason why Polt want to avoid such games.. Game 1 is terran favored (map) if they go tanks, but in longer series I doubt polt would ever want to play the macro game with Stephano. Their series in Texas shows what happens.

Weren't the games in Assemmbly mostly macro game and Polt won 4-1?

You made a generalized all out assuming statement, he provided you with something that showed that wasn't true. Good try though.

This was a build that old Polt would have done used at most opportune time he could ever have done it.

Polt knows that no matter how awesome you are, a bit of bad luck in pool play can really bring it to naught. It's happened to him before. Maybe that's why he added extra mustard in game 3.

Polt's TvZ is his weak point, but he has vastly improved from where he was a while ago. He faced Leenock in Code S not too long ago and was able to go 1-1 against him, beat Nestea in the Blizzard Cup, etc. MMA, MVP (when he has wrists) and MKP are way better vZ, but Polt's pretty damn good at it.

I wouldn't mind seeing Alive vs. Stephano. That could be a good gauge of how good Stephano is and how good Polt's vZ is.

He played aLive online right after assembly and got destroyed. However Stephano has obviously changed some things since Assembly as we've seen. I wouldnt mind seeing them face again

Or just wait and see how Polt is going to do in Code S
But i do think Polt's TvZ could be in the top 10 instead of 18th atm, he's getting better at it and he has to be considering he's got plenty of Z to train with in TSL.

Not really. You spefically ignored certain results when you made your point, and he pointed that out. He didn't cherry pick anything, he was just referencing that your broad statement is incorrect, which means it isn't ironic.
And nice, "retarded remark"? Now I remember why I hate SC2 LR threads and Stephano fans.
