HerO went up to three bases but was unable to hold; however his control and decision making was not really that good and basically cost him the game. But the newer generation of Protoss do not play it like what we just saw. And at least for now I am pretty confident that they will be better off in the long run. Even Genius, prior to the finals, has shown some fantastic get to three base and expand slowly type of PvZ. Expecting it out of HuK, MC et al is probably not a good bet though. Well, perhaps MC will prove me wrong. I have given up trying to predict how he will play his series anymore. I agree, there are people out there doing new things in this matchup and doing it well. It's just catching on really slowly, so we still see timing based play in lots of games. Watch a series of Hero, Oz or Genius vs zerg, or even players that we rarely get to see like Squirtle and Sage You aren't going to see a 7gate all in every game, I guarantee it. There are innovators out there, but there are just more people sticking with the tried and tested style right now.

Did you see any games where protoss took fast third vs zerg? He got either overrun with roaches or demolished by mutas. And thats not a balance complaint, thats just a straight fact. On the other hand, imo protosses should finally find out, that HTs with storm are fucking good against zerg, better than collosi for sure. Also that build Socke used against Ret in game 1 was just pure awesome <3

He 2 raxes all the time because he knows it gives him a good chance to win. Huk is no different Not really a cheeser but a player who prefers Micro over Macro. And Micro is at its best when you're low supply and less bases...

Yes, actually. | ||

But to be honest watching MKP two base is alot better than HuK since MKP doesn't do the exact same thing every game and varies his play up. No one goes mass marine/tank/banshee to go into a macro game, are you kidding? MKP intended to abuse the map to his advantage with a two base all-in that he used to awkwardly go into bio, hence why it took so long to win despite the crippling damage.

Actually yes. When I watch football (soccer) I am not outright lied to, if someone plays bad they don't hold back and when Barcelona play Almeria, they don't act like Almeria aren't likely in for a stomping.

Then why even tune into the DRG vs Demuslim stream in the first place if you want them to say that? just watch parting vs oz
