Puma vs MC finals I think.

Feast is really good but I don't see him taking out MC in a PvP.

HuK did why can't Feast?

HuK is a way better player than Feast.

Is he?-_-... Good that you have things to back that up. Jeez-_-

Huk's won many, many major tournaments. He's the most successful foreigner of all time.

You don't get past a few IEM Group Stages and overtake that.

Naniwa and stephano say hi for being "most successful foreigner all time"

Neither of them are more successful than Huk.

Huk has Code S (legitimately earnt and maintained over several seasons).
1st MLG Orlando
1st Dreamhack Summer
1st Homestory Cup
3rd MLG Winter Arena.

As well as MLG Dallas although obviously that's pretty old and had no Koreans.

That's more tournament wins with Koreans than Stephano (2) and Naniwa (0) and unlike them he's won and kept a Code S spot.

He is easilly the most accomplished foreign player.

since u brought up koreans, he didn't play any at winter arena.

What he pointed out, and did to so quite successfully, is that, HuK has had more results and for a longer time and has been more consistent and successful that Stephano. Comparing earnings is stupid, you only need to win one major tournament, it tells nothing about player skill. And with the amount of hype Stephano gets you'd have expected he'd win the Blizzcup, DH Winter, HSC4 and Assembly, he didn't, he played well in some and played badly in others, he isn't the end of all best player, he is good and just leave it at that.

Edit: Hm, MC bossing it up on the first game, nice crisis management, decision making and micro.

Grubby really sounds like he learned his English from the lore of Blizzard games! ;D

That's a huge compliment, hehe

1st ESWC
1st IPL3
1st I44
2nd Assembly winter
3rd Assembly summer

all tournaments with more than 1 korean except assembly summer which only had nada, fyi homestory cup only had mc as korean.

and these wins are from the near past unlike huks

go under you hating rock please.

I wouldn't count I44. Not a major tournament. Not to mention I'm not hating on Stephano or saying he's bad, I'm saying Huk is more successful.

They have a similar amount of high placements in lan tournies. That leaves money to compare and stephano wins in money.
(also WAY more online tournament victories for steph but those mean nothing right? just go in get some free money eh)

really? Yes he is. Did you not just see him get third at MLG Winter arena, an event way more stacked than this IEM or any IEM? Not to mention everything else Huk has won.

I'm not even going to argue with you, his 3rd place was a very good achievement, but one could argue he had the easiest grid and mostly his best match up with PvP. So calling Feast inferior because of past or even 'recent' results is stupid. If you want to compare, compare tournaments where both did take part. You have none? Shame on you.

People should think before writing in blatant fanboyism. And no, I'm neither fan of Feast nor Huk.

You realize that head-to-head is pretty much the worst measure for difference in skill between two players, right?

Head to head if you take their PvP record would be a bad measure. Head to head in actually tournament placings where both took part would be a good measure. All I'm saying is Feast is not around as long as Huk and didn't even have the chance to bring those results to the table while Huk had. People simply calling Huk better based on that, is wrong.

You're digging yourself an even deeper hole.

By that logic, in May 2011 Inca was better than MC, MKP, MMA, MVP, Polt, etc. etc. Do you really want to argue this point?

We get it, you got carried away, lashed out and said something stupid. Own up and leave it at that. Calling everyone in the LR thread stupid isn't helping your case.

I really enjoy Grubby as a caster, very unbiased. Isn't Feast his prodigy? Still manages to sound more unbiased than almost every caster I've heard.
