I seem to remember a Kennigit interview with Dustin Browder at BlizzCon fx where the issue was settled: They are not implementing it for individuals, probably ever, but they are looking into a tournament setting; and as always when it is not a statement Blizzard initiates, no promises. | ||

EDIT: In regards to stream quality issues, just increase the saturation. Press the trident looking button at the bottom right of GOM player and increase Sat. | ||
