I don't know, exactly what kind of authority do they have to enforce that kind of thing in Korea? It seems more like a request, but I don't know. Either way, they could have made a public statement or request opposing foreign bar crafts as well, but they certainly don't seem to have any issue with them. At least judging from the lack of public statement and that little video. | ||
