There is this odd idea that InCa has "the best" PvP," but it's just something that was just a statement that Tastosis used to repeat back when next to nothing was known about the game/there was a completely different metagame. Before his game against Oz he hasn't played a televised PvP since September, where he beat GuineaPig in the ESV. Before that, he lost to MC in GSL, and to find any more InCa PvP results you'd have to go back to May.

Oz, MC, Puzzle, JYP, Creator, and PartinG all have better PvP.
