At what point was BboongBboong losing?

Sage was pretty much all in with that attack because he didn't have the tech to deal with air. The army got crushed, Sage won. I'm not entirely sure why you think a superior composition costing more money from a player with on average twice as many bases should somehow lose.

... Why would the zerg attack there? You've gotten him to lift off the CC and pull mining. He's on one base at the moment. Just hit the "lair" button and pump drones, pulling back. Certainly that's a better result than blindly pushing up the ramp into a clearly-well-prepared Terran?

Why did BB just run up and suicide his units? He ran up there with his lings and saw there were bunkers, what's the use of wasting all those banes?

Bad decision from BB imo, more than Jjakjis good defending :/

how on earth was that good defense? it was a total brain-fart on boombooms part splittig his banelings half to each direction killing nothing but supply depots when he could have denied the second long enough to get a eco advantage to crush jjakji
