Sending the banshee straight to the main means there's probably only one queen there if they're bothering to spread creep with the third meaning you can probably get a queen kill and some drones. Also the banshee means you're almost totally safe from a fast baneling or roach attack along with denying creep spread / stopping zerg breaking down rocks. Meanwhile the viking just denys all zerg scouting and means drops can get through easier later plus there's some great shenanigans to be had with landing the viking and bringing the banshee in to kill an extra queen etc, recommend every Terran gives it a go | ||
