What I really dont understand is all the hate, and frankly, racism France received cause of Stephano's decision to leave the tournament. Even one of the caster just said something along the lines of "there goes Stepheno surrendering just like the French do". I expect to see that kinda stuff in chat but the casters should be a professional enough not to say things like this. | ||

Combat shields and stim give roughly the same benefit. Shields finishes faster so pros get it first. Please correct yourself Mr Bitter. Britain didn't surrender and ultimately won, while France did the opposite. Yeah, it didn't represent a long-running trend, but making fun of the French is something Brits have done for centuries (it's gone the other way too). People just need to stop getting butthurt. Last I checked, everyone makes fun of America for being fat/stupid/violent/etc. but Americans don't take obsessive offense. | ||

Tbh i agree with the organizers penalizing Stephano, but the casters should have expressed their regret properly ("we are sorry that he is too tired blabla") instead of making a tasteless joke edit: (bitter disagreed instantly so maybe i should phrase that differently...) | ||

I dont think the pols should say anything about surrending considering what happend with you wink:D Did it took more then a week? Anyway why we even having this discussion? At least we never surrendered. And we were attacked from both sides (USSR)... And U (uk) un-allied us durning team game | ||
