I think (believe ?) that when he's in killer mode (and he has this wonderful regard :p) he can compete in the mid/bottom part of code S. Currently he totally deserves his code A spot for his last two months play. But if he wants to get his code S spot, he has the skill imo, just need to stick to korea and stop travelling each month.
