How is it a free win vs JYP? I'll be honest I didn't see him play against Terran in the GSL, but is he really THAT bad, or was he just not that great against Terran and was getting beat by very good players?

Rushing BCs is at least entertaining for the fans and there could be potential with a tight build.

Who says so?Just because it's unconventional it doesn't mean that they aren't trying hard for the build to work, I've seen good terrans losing to Polt fooling around with bc rushes off of 1 base, they were playing standard and still lost, naniwa on the other hand, couldn't win, he threw the match.
I like the part where sense is considered a common, settled thing.

Because trying to win a macro game tvp as a non korean T vs a non korean P is already pretty hard. I don't know if a foreign T has ever beat a korean protoss in a macro game.

The entire game is a facade. They may play the game out for the fun of the crowd, but rushing ridiculous tech paths and doing weird builds is abandoning victory.

He plays good players ofc in the GSL, but his play is always questionable as well.
