Because trying to win a macro game tvp as a non korean T vs a non korean P is already pretty hard. I don't know if a foreign T has ever beat a korean protoss in a macro game.

It's not that, it's just TvP for non koreans is by far the hardest MU. Although their odds of winning vs korean T in TvT is also probably pretty dismal.
