Real men also popped all their CDs before the tank took aggro on Blood-Queen Lana'thel so they get the fist bite, and cause the next 5 DPS to die

I can top that, Main tank gets bite without an off tank because dps are all trying to get first bite

if you get 3 losses, you are guaranteed not to advance, because at 2-3 the best you can hope to do is 4th place
but with 3 wins, you are not guaranteed to advance, because at 3-2 there is a possibility you only get 3rd place
