That's not possible. The number of wins has to equal the number of losses. There are four more lost games than won in that scenario.

there is still a possibility of 3 way tie or a 2 way tie where he loses the tiebreak
ex: gumiho could go 4-1 and morrow and bomber could go 3-2, where morrow wins
