The first hold was impressive. Polt overxtended himself a bit by taking this third with an orbital. Not enough unit to defend the two entrance, and he got caught ensieged.

Polt definitely didn't show his best, but it's understandable. GGs, would be nice to have an English stream next time!

You saw a Polt at 7:39 AM playing with the ridiculous KR->EU lag barely lose 3-2 to a foreigner warmed up from todays cups, playing on his own server for no latency, feet resting in his team house.

Stephano has been playing nonstop since 11 AM in the morning, you can hardly say he was rested, he was probably as tired as Polt. However, lag does have an influence when a korean plays on EU servers. Excellent last two games by Stephano nonetheless, the marauders / hellion push was extremly scary, and not many players would have hold it.

Lag is 500ms max. If lag was that much high Polt would never played in european cup.

Agreed. Which is why I never put any stock into online results, when koreans play with such bad lag. Kr-NA has more manageable lag, but KR-EU is basically unplayable as stated in TSL 3, when they listed it as a reason for all KR-EU games to be played on NA server.

No need to go that far, but yeah, neither player played very well. Clutch from Stephano to pull it out at the end though.
