Not when storm is out of the equation when there are ghosts out on the field if the Terran is half-way decent. They can snipe the templar, melt the gateway army and leave the remaining colossi/immortals to the largely intact bio-ball and vikings. The snipe range either has to be decreased, or its cost increased enough that there won't be any energy left for emp, making the Terran have to choose between evading storms or emping the army. | ||
