Surprised that you make a statement that sounds quite bitter. Although i can understand your point. Was the first thing that came to my mind when Take announced it first. Perhaps its something that the sponsor offered especially for the koreans for some reason ? I dont know. But im sure a man in your position is easily able to contact Take himself and ask him whats up with this. Which would be absolutely reasonable in my eyes. | ||

Not to be rude, but KawaiiRice doesn't offer the same package that say, TSLRevivaL does. Asking two individuals to be treated fairly when they're not say, on the same skill level, doesn't make much sense. It's like asking why Derek Jeter makes more money than a second string shortstop in Milwaukee. Add that to the fact that there are many that believe Koreans "legitimize" an event (not saying I believe this) and I can see why TaKe would want at least a few there. | ||

It's unlikley a european or american who placed second or third place in their qualifier will have a big impact on the tourney. The second placed in the korean qualifier however will add a lot to the level of play. Might not be fair, but it definitely makes sense imho. | ||

I dunno I'm against giving special treatment to people. And also, seems pretty weird that you assume the financial situation of some teams / players. Just because KawaiiRice is in Fnatic doesn't mean that it's any easier to send him to an event. In either case, if TaKe is paying for 2 koreans to attend, he should also offer to pay for the 2nd place finisher in the NA / EU qualifier. That would be the most fair... I'm not really bitter or angry, but I just don't personally agree with giving someone special treatment because they are more popular / better / not in a team that has money, or whatever reason. These things should be based on merit IMO, it's the most fair way. Either way the tournament will be amazing, I'm just stating my opinion. TaKe is a great dude and I'm sure there are reasons for why he does everything. | ||
