idk about july, he should lose out of code A(?) here pretty quick. pretty sure tasteless said he hasn't been practicing

We promise with a view to hope, but the reason to "accomplish" what we promised would be fear.

To be fair they also skipped MVP's World Championship title one where he beat MKP,
So I guess they're only listing the GSL Series in that slideshow.

Super tournament wasnt an actual gsl, they left out world championship as well.

Which is weird since they always say MVP has three titles when the World Championship was the smallest tournament and prize pool while the Super Tournament had 64 players and $100,000.

To think if it, they included open seasons as well which is basicly like super tournements. Polt forever to be forgotten

I totally disagree.

Yes, Leenock was the favourite. May be Leenock is the overall better player. But from what I saw today, Jiakji deserved that title.
He looked prepared and played pretty good.

Finally some exciting finals!

MMA being invited to Blizzard cup due to MVP occuping dual slots?

I think i saw that on the commercial that ran between matches, MMA's name that is.

No he won GSL oct.

GSL oct doesn't mean shit for blizzard cup.

It was top 3 points GSL which would have been MVP, NesTea, and MC.

They found some extra reason to invite MMA since they needed another Terran, which was probably that MVP could be taken in more than one slot.

He's 4th in the GSL rankings. MVP already qualified twice for the Blizz Cup, so it makes sense to move down the rankings.

Especially given that it was originally intended to be the top 8 GSL performers.

July, MKP and MMA are still there...
MMA even won a GSL after losing in the ST finals.

yea beating the terran munching protosses Puzzle and Oz was obviously a total fluke. Frankly in tournaments of this calibre and MLG Providence for that matter there is no such thing. The fact that he "squeaked" through is a testament to his opponents and makes his achievement even better.

did you actually watch the games?

if you didn't then you're ignorant, if you did then you're an idiot.

Jjakji played amazingly.

it's like jjakji took Magic pills today and became a different player. The Jjakji that i saw, was mediocore bordering questionable play. But today was obviously VERY different

He might, but that's because of the army and his very likely retirement from pro gaming. Nothing related to the GSL finalist curse. It has been avoided by some, but it's still fearsome.

He's going to the Up/Down matches, meaning he's going to be in Code A for at least one more season.
You should not have to pay to watch the GSL, Proleague, or OSL at a reasonable time. That is not "fine" and it's BS to say otherwise. My sig since 2011. http://www.youtube.com/user/dabom88
