Same drill as usual: - No caster bashing.
- Excessive tournament bashing that detracts from game discussion will be met with moderator action. Criticism is welcome, whining is not.
- In general do your best to stay on topic and discuss what we're all here for: the games.
Enjoy the games guys. |

I'll just go ahead and ask again, although having watched the last ten minutes of the stream, I begin to seriously doubt if this event is really worth purchasing...

this is gonna be one of them. If it continues to have $100,000 prize pool (gonna be $200,000k next season), then it will certainly be worth going too.

poll is irrelevant without camera man being an option

I don't understand, I think you guys have made up your minds before you even watched this. About the only thing that has gone wrong are minor out of game production value items. Does that really determine whether the tourney is a success or a massive failure?

No music. No light. No crowd.

LOLOL!
Was the in game observer the same as the cameraman, too? Because the screen was twitching just as much in game as during the interview...

The production is definitely a notch lower, but the competition is definitely up there in terms of players. Pulling for HerO/Sen/Dimaga/DeMusliM to take the tourny, wouldn't be too upset if Thorzain won either :D

if it's the same amateur job as last event then i don't want to give them a cent in ad money, but if they've made some strides, then i want to know
Personally, it's worth $10 to me just to see angry hecklers constantly posting in realtime regardless of the games (which have been kinda interesting.) Depends on what you want.

Sure seems like they put the lion's share of the money into the prize pool! Seems like a sick lineup of games tho no matter how the production is going

why isnt there background music while they setup?

NASL please fix the sound, and fix that overeager camera man. This could have been so epic.

Gretorp looked pissed off while looking at this thread.
Hi Gretorp!

Well, at least NASL has enough chairs

It's probably Hot_bid behind the camera, trolling us all, and then after the event entertaining himself with the 100's of pages about the camera.
