Format:
Fast-Track Single Elimination Qualifier
Swiss Rounds on Saturday(4 rounds)
Single Elimination RO32 on Sunday

How Swiss Rounds work:
+ Show Spoiler +
The first round is either drawn at random or seeded according to some prior order, such as rating or last year's performance. Players who win receive 3 points, those who draw receive 1 point and players that lose receive no points. Win, lose, or draw, all players proceed to the next round where winners are pitted against winners, losers are pitted against losers, and so on. In subsequent rounds, players face opponents with the same (or almost the same) score. No player is paired up against the same opponent twice however.

When and Where:
Fast-Track Qualifier play starts on Wednesday, Dec 07 5:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00).
Swiss Round play starts on Saturday, Dec 10 12:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00).
Single Elimination play starts on Sunday, Dec 11 12:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00).
The tournament will run via the European Battle.net server.

Prizes: R 8 000.00 (~$1020)
- Winner: R 2 800.00
- 2nd: R 1 800.00
- 3rd: R 1 100.00
- 4th: R 700.00
- 5th-8th: R 400.00

Open to all players on European Battle.net server.

They pay out, tough kinda slow. There rand-dollar exchange rates are also wrong but I guess you can't expect them tbh.

Just to let you guys know - I don't know if the casters have delay between them, but listening live it sounds like they are just talking over each other - though it is unintentional, it sounds really awful.

Hope you can fix it!

nvm, how stupid i am.

edit: since I got made a post, might as well use it.
can't believe how little attention this tournament series is getting. in my opinion, it is walking the best way I've seen up till now of promoting their local scene and keeping the credibility of being a tournament that supports competitive gaming. the players in their scene get a chance to show their play without being kicked out in the first round by some international star, yet they do not exclude good players from participating.

Thanks for the strong words JustPassingBy, we are working hard on getting exposure and as time goes on we are slowly getting to a point where we feel we are getting the recognition our tournaments deserve.

    (T)Polt? (not sure)

In the TLPD link, ProdiGY is one of Polt's alternative ID. Is it really him or am I wrong?
Sorry if this was answered in yesterday's cast, I was not able to watch it.
