I am not a doctor but I do think that the better shape you are the lower resting heart rate you have. 180 is a lot when you aren't doing anything at all.Im sorry but thats normal. You just have to eek out little advanatages here and there to win the game. Most games zerg loses more units than their opponent. He was just stuck on roach hydra for so long he couldnt get more blords. Not true at all.. Certain zergs play a very positional/smart style, and can make it work with almost ANY composition, even pure roach. Stephano and Nerchio come to mind. Not to mention July and DRG. Unfortunately for them, their macros slip. Theres only a hand full of zergs who have the complete package of S level macro and S level micro/positioning.. I say only Nestea and DRG, maybe slightly followd by Leenock, Losira and Coca. Most foreigner zerg have one or the other though (Ret/Idra style vs Stephano/Nerchio style)

I remember when we did Cooper running tests during gymnastics at school, the teacher would feel if your heartbeat exceeded the 200, to see if you really pushed yourself to your limits. 140-160 while playing a game.. I really didn't expect that it would go up so high :D
