Second - 140 is *fine* when you're stressed. 150-160 is adrenaline kicks, beyond that, start worrying. Factors that come into play is fitness, oxygenation, breathing technique, eating habits, sleep, and excitement. (as well as seating position, and A LOT more) Any person in this situation can be expected to have 90-130 without it being the slightest bit unusual. What MATTERS is the CHANGES in pulse. | ||
