Close? 2-0 Did you watch the second game? To be fair it wasnt as close as we thought because nobody let us know that there was as much damage done in Nikoras's main as there was LOL how can he think it was a close game? Clear-cut winner when those 4 stalkers were at Nikoras main.
If nikoras got those 3 zealots and stalker he had the minerals for that match would have been an incredibly close base race.

The reference used was not being able to see what people were building. Having units come out of nowhere and suddenly change a fight can cause some nice drama. Calling that bad observing is a bit unfair - the relevant facts were shown, and hell, it made it an incredibly dramatic moment.
Nikoras should be happy with his performance. He managed to out-think one of the best players but failed on the multitasking. Pretty cool. Sorry but that was bad observing, period.
If I knew about those 4 stalkers, I wouldn't have enjoyed that nearly as much. Take that!

That was a pretty awesome quote. And to be fair to him, he was probably expecting some of the hardest games of his life and when he won, he kinda rolled em.

Just posting because there's nothing else going on. Man, Naiwa vs Neste was a great series tho, the finale was so nailbiting.

And he did only 2-1 them both. Hardly a roflstomping.

I imagine beating someone you figured was unbeatable will make you think that

To be fair it wasnt as close as we thought because nobody let us know that there was as much damage done in Nikoras's main as there was If Nikoras had gone straight for the gateway pylons instead of killing the one at the ramp + moved his probes, he would have done equal damage to Puzzle as he took. So it was close! The game ended up coming down to the small scale micro fest that PvP used to be and Puzzle was obviously going to win from there, Nikolas didn't have the micro to be able to focus the pylon so stalker shots were wasted on the gateway. I think if you'd put MC or Huk in the position Nikolas was in when he broke Puzzles front they could have won, or if they'd played from the point where the stalkers reached Nikolas's base they could have shut them down much better.

Without those 4 Stalkers in his base Nikoras wouldn't have had his gates unpowered. His attack was triggered by the fact that he was losing everything in the main.
