UPDATE The date has been changed from December 2nd to December 6th . The fourth Pro Invitational in the Grubby Starcraft Series hosted by the European Game Series will take place Friday, December 2nd. 64 players from Europe, North America and Asia will be competing for €800 euros in prizes.+ Show Spoiler + The first GSS Pro Invitational was held in July, where SaSe emerged victorious dropping only one map throughout the entire tournament. The second Pro Invitational, held in September, was hosted by Grubby from the oGs house in South Korea and was won by Nerchio, who beat his teammate Osho in the grand final. The latest Pro Invitational was held last month and hosted by veteran casters 2GD and Apollo, which made for one very interesting casting combination. Grubby went on to win in the grand final over DIMAGA three to nil, mirroring SaSe's victory in the inaugural cup by dropping only a single map.

Great to see the fantastic remarks. We are doing everything we can securing an EPIC list once again. It's busy times for Starcraft, players and casters. I am already SO looking forward to it. Hope we can get TLO back in.
Really looking forward to another night in the EGS Headquarters to compete in and watch a great tournament. I wish it was Friday ^^

Was really fun to watch last time and actually wanted to participate but I was to late ;( Wanted to play this time as well but I'll be in the US for nasl, wanted to say unfortunately then again I'm superhappy to be there haha, but I hope play once in the future, grubby tours are fun!
I hope 2GD will be there again
Sick, Chinese representation. Also excited to see how good Mouz's new recruit is.

what makes me really happy is the first Chinese players attending. EGS going Asian. Jeeja. Will be epic again. We had to change the dates around a bit to assure quality with NASL etc. But all will be good
Not too happy with the date change, but I understand why it had to be done. Gotta check if I can free up time tuesday now =)
lookin forward for this. Some cups are more special then other ones

Wow, Nightwolf participating. Been a long time since I heard anything about him, decent NE in wc3. Hope Snute and/or Targa can get one of the last spots!
Mana is not playing, not invited or he refused?
Great Casters and so many good players invited !! can't wait for this also last GSS Apollo and 2GD casting was so funy
hmm.... i applied for the tournament and i didnt get any feedback and now i see theres a shitload of available spots in the bracket.. t_t?
I tried to get in too, no such luck I guess xD
monchi is playing again? Great! Kick some ass man! Either he or Harstem is gonna win this

What ? 2GD is a total BOSS.
Loved the previous GSS tournaments, this one is shaping up to be excellent as well. Lots of quality players on that list, im hoping some of the lesser known players can score some upsets!
I'm hoping to see DBS and mouz.Marine do well in this ♥
Grubby can cast and play at the same time 2GD has like 0 game knowledge, but he is so freaking hilarious that it makes up for everything.

I think you also have problems with the meaning of "invite". -> Maybe he could not attend? If he can not take time to play he was still invited after all - no reason to assume that Grubby might hate on him.

It's the Ro8. They'll probably stream all the games one at a time. Since it's a schedule-less tournaments Bo3s don't take the "standard" hour.
someone should tell white-ra there's this really cool unit called a sentry.
wow sjow is playing so much better than last thursday at the IEM quali

There's 4.
Bly vs Feast game 2 is a joke... Feast plays so bad :S So far ahead and never wants to attack....
Feast is going for the ever popular, "get EVERYTHING," strategy before killing Bly.
Feast is trying to reenact the final mission from the Protoss mini-campaign. Protip: that doesn't end well for the Protoss...
haha grubby "not sure if this is the most interesting thing to watch"
I think it's because Feast has no game sense...

i dunno what's worst, Feast playing like a massive douche or Bly refusing to leave :D
Grubby is an amazing caster.
Maybe Bly is tired. Khaldor is right his timings are just horrible right now :S

Feast was so damn fuckin bad
I demand a Bly v Feast bo11
From now on Feast is the worst proplayer in sc2 ...... It looked like he had no idea what to do. He was 70supply ahead for like 5-7minutes and doing nothing but runing away OO I mean WOOT? REALLY?

Khaldor is so fucking hilarious. His casting is awesome. He's not afraid to say it how it is.
I cant understand why Feast didnt put down cannons at his expansions when: #1 he knew his opponent was massing lings. #2 was floating like a 1.000.000. k minerals.
The only series more boring than the one that just ended was Happy vs. ToD from Dreamhack.

I said stealing because he's one of the Koreans swarming the foreign tournaments :p Of course I didn't mean anything iffy.

Roaches is a guaranteed Build Order win vs SjoW. Edit: Nice hold, maybe not. :O Edit2: Sjow definitely watched GSL finals, noticing when he's being baited by mutas.

You need a follow-up after a roach bust (or very effective roaches). You can't expect to kill a few units and put a Terran belly-up.On December 07 2011 07:34 Sea_aeS wrote: Hmm not whining but i'd like to know if im the only one freezing on streams ? <.< ps: 29 drones at once lol !

Impressive. Sure, ZvZ, whatever, but if you consider that viOlet took down LiveZerg (who beat IdrA), HayprO (who beat Nestea) and Nerchio (who is Nerchio) it's kind of a small victory for sLivko :D Also, I hate people who have random capitalised letters in their nicknames :p
Violet getting into habit of losing to semi-unknown eurozergs? Lost 3-0 to Snute in gamecreds finals recently, and now to everyone's favorite Slivko - good job!

That was a pretty smart tech switch with the Brood Lords after he had forced the Marauders.
