however, i do not feel huk legitly "beat zerg" in that game
i saw nothing in that game that would make me believe huk will really beat super good zerg play, which nestea didnt offer that game.
i guess leenock is coming up right now. if huk beats leenock right now ill eat my words
As far as I recall Leenock is actually pretty terrible ZvP.

i have my theories with that game, but i'm not allowed to speak of such things.

In NesTeas mind he was so far ahead that he felt that there's no way to lose so how about making 60 banelings etc. HuK had to play his best even though NesTea was just throwing away his units.

I can't explain what I just watched.... Even cockiness doesn't explain this, it looked like he just gave up, straight up stopped playing sc2

I know he's playing sloppy but why arrogant? Other players play crappy after getting a lead but it's not always due to cockiness im quite sure that is cockiness right there. you dont accidentally make 80 banelings. definitely points towards cockiness imo as well Didn't he do the same at Blizzcon? Where people accused him of playing around. Well it wasn't banes, but yah he had a big lead and blew it by making 20+ broods and running them at an army of ghosts with no detection. This was an even less convincing effort The game was already over, you have no way of scouting a viking switch (when the production has been there for hte last 20 minutes), and you kind of have to gamble that he's not going vikings when he has 20 ghosts [i.e. youc an't have 10 less broods and be safe against viking but still win against 0 vikings].
You simply have no idea what you're talking about.

seriously. Honestly that is looking like the most reasonable explanation. Nestea just DOES NOT give away mutas like that. And those banelings... wow.
This is such a naive thing to say I'm getting a little frustrated.
No, the reason is that Nestea fucked up. He isn't the invincible superman you think he is.

Cause it's a hollow victory.. :-/ would of been way more happy if Nestea didn't throw the game making only banelings for a while. HuK failed on his FFE, and it uh, evened out. To me, it was a good game, and I was cheering for Nestea the first half. I couldn't after he sat there losing his entire army of mutas though, and I had to admire HuK's ability to play things out in the end game.
Dude, trust me, a lot of us here appreciate Huk coming back...but that wasn't a comeback because Huk played brilliantly
That was a comeback because Nestea got cocky, into complacent, into terrible

Great post.

1. Skyrim released. 2. Nestea plays one of the worst SC2 games of his life.
Coincidence? I think not. Skyrim is pretty damn good.
Anyways, that was certainly a rather interesting game to see. I don't know why Nestea is playing so tilted today.

Why are people callin Match Fixing... TT .... This happens in all sports, sometimes people just play baaaaaaaadd

You don't play at diamond level just because you are cocky, when you want to show off you do something like pure muta, but you don't have the micro of a plat zerg all game long and do tons of stupid stuff.

Hey Guys I've solved it!!! Nestea has been playing Skyrim for past few days...
Damn it eviltomahawk, you beat me to it

seriously. Honestly that is looking like the most reasonable explanation. Nestea just DOES NOT give away mutas like that. And those banelings... wow. Nestea has always had poor multi-tasking. He prob looked away from the mutas for a few sec too many to do other things.

And also hilarious that I decide to unmute Tastosis (don't bother listening to their Nestea games), and they're going on about that being such a terrible game. Haha, so typical. I wish every PvZ was as "terrible" as that game.
You were watching the same game right? all the games except the ones with leenock were bearable..I'm in diamond and I coulda won with the lead nestea had.

This game will make your HulK action figure crush a NesTea bottle then look up at you and shrug his shoulders.
Your only reaction? I KNEW TOY STORY WAS REAL!

Meh, if you have seen some of his games back then, it's not that strong a statement. He was truly bad by BW standards. He ended up playing 2v2 with Reach and even then Reach usually had to carry the game
