Disappointed yes, exhausted highly debatable. He beat 3 koreans in a row, one of which is renowned for his macro prowess...I'm sure it was a cakewalk for him In Idra's own words 'People overestimate the importance of fatigue in tournaments' (Ok, not his exact words I paraphrased, but the point stands). I'm sure it was difficult, but Idra has experience of practising for hours and hours with little or no break.

Solid tournament, even if it's a somewhat disappointing finish for idra. Just like in most sports, though, at the end of the day there's only 1 team/player that accomplishes their goal of winning the whole thing.
I'd be interested to see a PvP finals after the relative drought of big protoss wins (especially as good as some of the HuK/MC matches have been in teh past), though I don't expect that to be all that popular an opinion, just because it's PvP.

No, it wasn't the blink stakers, it was the thrown away armies trying to kill off the Colsi.. only thing a Zerg can do...

MC should go and give Huk advices on how to beat STC ^^ since he benefits from that.

So Tastosis won't be casting the finals? They usually switch out for the finals after they cast the games leading up to it. :c

I'm not sure why they don't have 2x casting blue and red with the casters. Oh well.

Yea no.

IdrA definitely needed infestors like I said. He went Tier3 for absolutely nothing except adrenal glands for zerglings - in which he made majority of them into banelings anyway. If he remained T2 and rushed infestors, He would have been able to crush the stalker ball if it was pinned down. God I seriously hate mass blink stalker, Blink is too good imo.

Get over it. Idra still is walking away as the highest placing zerg along with a code A spot if he wants it. Thats pretty dam good.
I'm sure he will take that Code A spot. He said himself he is going to Korea sometime after October.

MC did say his favorite activity was "Winning Idra".

Wow...someone is QQ 1st of all, while IdrA was playing his matches on the mainstream MC was playing 3 set series against MKP in a extremely micro intensive battle, Puma in another 3 set game and before that, Ret on the beta stream If you want to do a comparable skill analysis Bomber = MKP or slightly in Bombers favour HongUn < Puma and Ret = Boxer Dont be so ignorant and a hater. You have to admit MC lucked out when Puma beat Polt, but yeah both had difficult runs.
Yea but I dont think it wasnt much of luck but more of Polt just running out of steam on the end...He literally had no rest yesterday and today. If there's one player who deserves rest this tournament, it's Polt :/. But I would have loved to see a Polt/MC series

Once again MC's observer usage was excellent that game. He pretty much saw what was coming every time

when the fuck did MC fail his all in? from what i remember, he took out a hatchery and didn't lose a single stalker.

MLG: Nobody has ever won an MLG coming from the Losers Bracket.
Lol, I was amused at the placement of this
