I doubt fatigue was a big factor, Idra does this in a LOT of ZvPs, he doesn't quite play the matchup that well.

Just because MC's games weren't broadcasted doesn't mean he played less then Idra, look at the bracket, if anything MC played one more series today....

Not only that but MC vs MKP finished up before Idra vs Bomber even started. So MC had the entirety of that matchup to rest + prepare to face Idra. idra vs Bomber was about an hour or so, that's quite a long time.
However props to MC, he played great games. If Idra improves his ZvP he will definitely be in contention at providence to take it.

I was glued to the stream for the last few hours watching Idra's crushing back to back run through the losers bracket, its sad to see him lost to MC after all that. MC is to inconsistent to win both the series he needs to take this, I think this is going to be another HuK win.

MC played more games than idra but idra played more back to back games.
The matches idra played were always the last out of that stage to finish, so the amount of rest he gets between series is much less than MC did.

I don't know why Protoss players try so many two base all-ins. Look at games 1 and 2 of Idra vs MC. Game 1 MC takes a third, defends it by sitting his units in the middle of the three bases, macros up a bunch of collosus, pushes out and wins. Game two, MC tries to do chargelot archon on two base vs a Idra who always goes roach. MC doesn't ever take a third base, Idra gets 4+ bases and wins. Game 3 MC gets a huge advantage off a two base push, but only because he essentially tricked idra with the push. If idra sees that coming (which I suppose he probably should have) There's a good chance that Idra holds it while taking an advantage.
