1. TheSTC loses to Huk in Winners' Finals
2. MC beats MarineKing
3. MC beats winner of Bomber and Hongun/Idra.
4. MC beats TheSTC.
It actually seems pretty likely that TheSTC will finally make it out of Code B!

It's not every day you see more Protoss than Zergs at the end of a tournament either. And even though Puma gave MC that last match, I will gladly take it ♥

It was a 140~ supply vs 180~ supply, that kinda helps. + Choke ah wow i didnt realise there was that much of a supply difference as well ^^

Mlg rules rule over who is deserving and who is not. Cant tell if serious ...

If he wins that, he makes Top 16 at MLG Providence. If he loses hs consolation, InControl will be in the Top 16 at Providence. will puma ruin incontrols chance of being seeded? You mean incontrol might still get seeded for the next MLG? wtf? Seriously, he is not a player of seeded caliber... not with the competition out there right now. Ive asked this 100x and no one will answer what player who has attended every MLG this year deserves it more? Why not remove your nonsensical qualification and simply ask the fair question: Who deserves the spot?

Look, Idra beat Boxer 4 times this weekend, Boxer beat him 3. I don't see why that is so controversial. It would be even stupider to expect people who have already lost a bo3 to be on equal footing with the players they lost to. It also means that *gasp* group play actually matters. I've always bitched about extended series, even when it favours my favourite players. Players should win properly. I think it's pretty clear who is defending extended series because of fanboy-ism.

Basically it is a brilliant system where if you ever get into the top 16, you forever stay there. Essentially, a lot of the Koreans who soak up the points do not return. Therefore fewer points are getting spread out to people who do well, but don't beat the Koreans. If you started in group play and lose every single game, you still get points. It essentially takes forever with the tiny points they are playing for (remember, the Koreans are taking all of the big points), to move ahead of someone that has been getting points in every tourney due to being top 16, even though they never win anything.

You're obviously a highly intelligent individual aren't you. idra didnt hold the attack off, boxer failed the attack. if you were watching the same game as me, it's simple to see. How? Idra played as best as you can there. What boxer could have done there? Idra had banelings, lings, lots of spine crawlers and EXTRA queens to block/harass those hellions. When he got into the main with the hellions, Idra blocked Boxer's way with the hellions brilliantly, placing his queens right, and keeping his zerglings ready. Either i'm fucking blind, but really, Boxer didn't exactly fail that attack. Idra just defended it as best as you could have. boxer could have just moved in at any time. we already saw him take out the lings/banes that were guarding the ramp, and idra moved all his drones in a nice line. maybe im blind and didnt see a perfect wall off when the hellions were behind the mineral line in the main or when they were in front of the nat shooting at spines...lings and queens weren't blocking him then. even if he ran in he wouldve lost less hellions to spines than he would when he was standing there auto attacking. the thing you underestimate is how the loss of drones would have changed the macro game.

Yeah true he seriously threw that game away lol
