Boxer did extremely well in decision making when his mechanics aren't the cream of the top anymore, he adapted very well through the series and the game 3 is the right example of that, he did blind counter stephano every step of the game, it leaded him through victory, it was close, very close! GG's, i would prefered stephano to go through because it would lead to more interesting matchups along the way with SaSe and Idra in the bracket, i don't believe in Boxers TvP but he deserved to advance!

"Stephano is the next bonjwa" "Stephano, please crush the emperor, that cheesy noob" etc. Then no one would go "hahah nubnub hypetrain crashes". I agree completely. But excited sports fans are like that generally a lot, it's nothing new. Idra has the same kinda fans for instance (even tho his is more of downplaying his opponent kinda fans than overhypin idra himself). A lot of the time when a new star crashes unto the (mainstream aka american/international) scene with a bang it gets people really excited and hyped (especially a lot of french ppl i feel like). I dont think ppl should hate on Stephano. He's just a 18 year old french teenager whos playing sc2 for a living and is awesome at it.

After watching Stephano vs Boxer, it's safe to say that Stephano has fallen from Mvp/Nestea level. I personally put him around Incontrol level now. I don't know about Boxer though, at what level do you guys think he is now that he beat a former foreigner bonjwa? I bow to you.
