No, it was actually a 50 minute game 3 in the Ro64 in the Super Tournament. MVP lost the previous game, was embarrassed, and thus took it out on poor Creator. The game was similar to his showmatch vs. Dimaga, where he started to build planetaries all over the place while turtling, attacking and dropping just enough to make sure he wouldn't get overrun, and just starved Creator out, before using nukes + mule bombs to end the game. I guess he wanted to embarrass Creator by showing off that he didn't need to play seriously in order to win. That pissed some people off. The funny thing is, Bomber did the same thing to Sangho in the the same tournament.

He mentioned something about it in his interview. Korean SC2 fans sure can hold a grudge. Edit: Even weirder considering MVP is always super mannered in interviews.

It's not so much a bad build, but he kind of chickened out of a long term game after TT1 threw an expansion. Although it has to be said that Xel'Naga is a shit map to open Phoenix on and take it to the mid game in general, so it was probably what triggered his decision to all-in.
