Tbh for a big event, no matter if its USA/europa/Kr - 600kb/s upload is extremely low. Even the 1.5mbit requirement seems a bit minimalistic  Most people here, US and Europe should get higher than that on their cellphones. 187 kilobytes a second? Damn.. | ||
