Clide v MVP is a likely finals, believe it or not

Again. So sorry I missed that series. Is there anyone that can take them down?! MMA recently beat MVP in a bo5, Bomber won a bo3 against him too. But Bomber is out of this GSL. That's the point. Online tournaments=/=GSL. Its rediculous the amount of doubters MVP has. He just took out Bomber AND Nestea this GSL, and somehow people weigh one or two Bo3/Bo5 against a lifetime of achievements. MVP has the strongest TvT and TvZ in the scene right now, and with all TvT and maybe one TvZ left in the bracket, it'd be silly to bet against MVP at this point. Everyone knows MVP is good but that doesn't guarantee him anything. Everyone here is already saying he has won this month's GSL. He still has to get thru Ganzi, who beat him in the super tournament and also gave him a run for his money at MLG with MVP winning 2-1. MMA beat MVP twice in the geforce tournament. MVP is the favorite but he's not the clear winner. I think people are drinking too much of the tastosis koolaid.

I should have just muted the GOMPlayer while watching. But anyhows, the next matches are going to be fun. Coca seems to have improved a lot, but Happy is a pretty scary TvZer from what I've seen, so I really don't know what's going to happen there. MMA's very inconsistent now, and Clide's been on a tear recently, so he's going to be the favorite coming into the match. Looking forward to the games and better commentary. ![]()

Anaheim was what, 2-3 months ago? Maybe if there were recent in studio/on stage performances you could reference then you'd have a point. There are none though.

when you think of GSL, do you honestly think of anyone else immediately besides MVP, NesTea, and even though not as relevant lately, MC? Powerhouses should continue to be powerhouses, until someone is genuinely -better- than them. And at this point in time.. Can't really desire a lesser player winning, would just show that SC2 is stupidly volatile. of course im not pushing my perspective on to anyone, just saying how i feel about it

There's not enough shame for making wrong predictions! haha true enough. But betting on the underdog (especially when no money is involved :p) is fun because even though you'll rarely win, once in awhile you'll be pleasantly surprised.

However that doesn't mean that other players could post a threat People like Ganzi and MMA (when he doesn't choke) can give MVP a run for his money. Overall, I wouldn't pick them over MVP but they can still possibly win

This was the ultimate seesaw series, not just because the final score went 3-2, but in each individual game as well. Constant action, no downtime at all, no "cripple opponent in first five minutes, then bulldoze him fifteen minutes later with 200/200 vs 160/200" games. Sloppy play, yes, but that's frantic decision making for you. Yeah I don't understand the poll result either for game 5. It seems people are voting whatever Tastosis are saying, one way or another. I really enjoyed the games, some of the games wwere as scrappy and exciting as a base race but yeh. Tastosis said its bad so we only see the bad. There was a lot of bad play though, but it was close so fun to watch ![]()

MVP vs NesTea was nice though, not quite Ro16 day 2 quality but still basically what you'd expect from the best terran vs the best zerg.
