I don't think MMA has been playing his best these past few days. Hopefully he can step it up.

1 protoss in quarterfinals only because we got pvp in round of 16, I hope blizzard is looking at all those tournaments instead of the statistics on ladder where pros train not play very serious like in tournaments.

It must be frustrating for professional protoss players, and the situation become frustrating for spectators like me too. Yesterday games show that people cheer/go mad for protoss players when they win, they want to see 3 races that are equally able to win games, look how crowd cheer for KiWi, WhiteRa, HerO, people are bored to see TvT and TvZ already.

Inori beat a self-destructing MC so I really don't have hope for him. Gogo Huk!

Also Puma is the toss slayer.

Godamn I hope more people show up....IP3 needs that money to recuperate (what I assume) is an incredibly expensive hotel and accommodation fee.

Idra apparently jetlagged as fuck unable to sleep (or stay asleep). Probably will be fine for early rounds but it will be interesting to see if he can stay awake if he makes it to later rounds.

Mate, you just need to stop complaining, I'm a toss player too, but did you actually watch White-Ra vs MMA? Those games were sick and White-Ra showed how gosu he has become (winning 2-1 [he should've won 2-0 imo]). Did you see White-Ra vs IdrA? Sure he lost to TheStc and Puma, but so what? Not every tournament is gonna have an even split of races and not every player is going to win all the time.

I know I probably should have ignored your post, but people (protoss players, including myself) really need to stop complaining so much.

Edit: I guess you actually weren't really complaining that much upon me rereading your post, I guess I'm just fed up of people who complain too much (and I'm complaining right now, hah, irony).

So odd to have the semifinals split up like that. Isn't it a huge advantage for whoever wins the first semifinal? They have a much larger break than whoever wins the 2nd. Seems like they really should have flipped the LoL final and the second semi.

Delays from forces outside of control put them into the situation, it was not by choice. Yes, some players have an additional night to prepare for the round of eight. However it was not done by design and we should bear with IPL for successfully catching up so we can have the finals today.

You misread the question. Lunares is referring to the semis being separated by LoL. so SF1-LoL-SF2-Finals. Winner of 2nd SF has much less time to rest than winner of SF1.

That being said go Idra!

>_< I completely did thank you for pointing that out
Yeah, Saetan is right on. I'm a bit burnt out from 4 days straight and half my mind is in a notepad file with tomorrows code a finals preview.

Is there a reason they can't do SF1-SF2-LoL Final - SC2 Final? That would just make so much more sense to me.

does IPL release replays as IEM does easy accesable for everyone ? , wont be able to watch the vod but im interested in the Kiwikaki match vs Stephano yesterday.

That is the VOD for all of the games today*. The last few hours may not be processed yet, though

For anyone else who missed the Kiwikaki vs. Stephano game, it's on Part 5 at about 16 minutes.

got school tomorrow, meaning i cant stay up all night watching the finals. fark - why does 10EDT have to translate to 2am in the morning for me.

Lol, translates to 10pm for me, but still if they're playing 10 matches tonight and have some delay like the last 2 days that's probably like 10 hours so by that time I'll have to head off to work. UNLESS the matches are played really fast, no delay, in which case I better head off to sleep now so I can stay up all night later!

Instead of QQing just look at the matches
Ryung vs Socke - The better player won
Puma vs Hero - extremely close serie against one of the best TvP player. Hero basically had won, but made a HUGE mistake (the useless nexus)
White-Ra vs Slush - Protoss player won
Puma vs White-Ra - The better player won.
Sleep vs Minigun - The better player won.
Stephano vs Kiwikaki - the better player won
Huk vs KawaiRice - The protoss player won

It's perfectly normal. There are 4 korean protoss player (if we count Huk), one of them has been eliminated because he made a crucial mistake against one of the best TvP player in the world. 2 of them are or will be eliminated in PvP. So yeah, there is only 1 left.

If all the protoss players (but 1) were eliminated in PvP, there would be people complaining about balance and saying "there is only 1 protoss left and only because we got pvp"...

Stephano, Huk, Thorzain fighting!!!

4 non-Koreans in the quarters would be solid. 2 would be disappointing.

That's how the brackets were drawn.

They can't go around deciding the matchups after each round :lol that's not how tournaments work.
