Which is better than code S... sometimes?
You can't really rank someone like that.

He had really good TvT when he was on TSL...

Foreign teams don't realize. Its not b/c they are Korean that makes them good. It the practice they get in Korea. Take that away and your gonna see a drop in skill.

I was expecting a more even match. But that was pretty one-sided.

Well its no that Puma is bad per se, but that MMA is freaking good. MMA is Code S and Puma is not, so although Puma is pretty damn good, MMA is pretty damn better.

Yo GinDo (and other people talking about PuMa's practice), Incontrol said on SotG that at the EG house they usually play SC2 8 hours a day, and 12 hours a day right before big events. iNc also noted that PuMa continued to play with Koreans from the EG house.

nobody here has presented any hard evidence that PuMa's practice regime was at all inferior while he was chez EG. Don't assume that someone is not keeping up on his practice just because he is outside Korea.

But we can be sure that Korean practice environment cannot be replicated outside of Korea.
Isn't that why Huk and Naniwa are in Korea and Idra is going back?
If the quality of practice is the same why would any foreigner make that commitment?

And Puma was only in NA for like 2 weeks.... He only stayed for about a week after MLG and went back to Korea

Does anyone know where PuMa has been practicing in Korea since he left the TSL house? I guess he's moving in with Huk and Idra very soon, but has he been playing at home since then?

Translator is by far the best I've seen in sc2 community. Also Anna should take note on how to dress appropriately for a sc2 tournament from her.

I would actually practice more or harder if I went to a different country where they pay me good and have high expectations !

Another point to consider is that IdrA and Stephano both got this far with "foreigner practice," whereas Huk with "Korean practice" did not do nearly as well (in fact, he looked quite sloppy by comparison, though it is PvP).

TBH, I think the players need to be judged on a case-by-case basis. Nothing suggests that, had Puma stayed in Korea, he would be winning GSLs by now. MMA may just end up better than Puma in either case.

Can Idra realistically take out Stc ?

zvt is idra's best match up

But that does not answer the question

Idra is really good. When he doesn't get mad . These early ggs are really silly. Play the game out, you never know when your opponent will make a mistake or where you can really pull ahead with strong play.

Yea I always figured that IdrA's mentality of him being the best player mechanically and fundamentally would make him play till the bitter end. But I guess not.
