Nah its like watching girls cry. You see em cry for the first time, you feel sorry for them and wanna help them. You see them cry over every single thing for like 10+ times, you get sick of them and think they are just pathetic whiners.
Its really hard for me to watch MKP try to cheese in clutch games like that then get so disappointed and cry so much.

Relax guys. I understand why so many people are dissing MKP.

Deep down they truly respect the guy, they know they'll never reach the skill level he has. Even when they sleep at night and dream about their non-existent Starcraft II career, they can't even picture themselves qualifying for Code B. And despite the fact that they've never actually done anything in a real significant LAN tournament, they presume that they'll never choke, or get nervous, or simply blank out at times. And being the last player, the ace of your team, on the grand finals of the GSTL, everything on the line, apparently doesn't make a difference.

MKP THAT PLAY WAS SO BAD LOL

With your logic, commentator can never bash any players, that's nonsense.

He didnt put his team in a situation where he would have deffinately lost, he could have very much won, but unfortunately he executed badly and was so distracted with that banshee he completely missed his timing.

That wasn't cheese. That was a really well executed timing attack, and then he choked hard when he would have moved out and won 100%.

Well, maybe he can catch a break at MLG next week.

How can you guys be so mean ? What do you mean "MKP gets cocky" ?

I feel sorry for a guy who cries after a heartbreaking loss, or after losing the second final in a row or whatever.

When you tear up after every single important/half-important loss, it is just pathetic.

It's called passion.

It is called asking for sympathy, feared of taking responsibility of losing alone.

Oh please, he and his team put so much effort into this, it probably killed him to let his team down the way he did, poor MKP I still love him...

anyway, an example of how invested Prime was in this. This was the F.United game where oGs needed to lose 4-1

True, but everyone is devoted, not just him. If they are not devoted, they can't win in such competitive league. Why isn't everybody else cry? Cry first time, second time are cute, 10 time is just annoying.

The choking part happened right after he had a chance to win, it was not cheese sir.

I feel bad when i watch MKP lose and cry, but i don't find excuses for him. I was cheering for him and wanted to see an epic final with DRG.
He messed up hard and lose. Fanboys gonna die, Haters gonna love.

But this:

Is just ridiculous.
There's no way people can believe this guy logic.
"I don't like somebody. Wanna know why? CUZ I TRULY RESPECT HIM AND I'LL NEVER REACH HIS SKILL LEVEL."
mkay bro, totally right.
And wtf is that "never choke, get nervous or simply blank"? That's not his first televisioned match. The first time he lost against NesTea on the finals was heartbreaking... But that was a long ago. Time to deal with it.

Great Series, one day MKP... one day you'll get over your nerves and just play badass macro games most of the time, backed up by the worlds most effective cheese the rest of the time and the world shall TREMBLE before you.

For now, I shall continue to wait for that day.

Edit.

To the people above me, he 5 raxed pure marine. I'm the biggest MKP fan alive but hey that one was indeed cheese, just like the final game of GSL Open 2 was, doesn't stop MKP from having the best micro and three of the best Korean Ladder Accounts. He's a champion but he's got a LOT of pressure riding on his shoulders these days in key matches and right now I don't know if he's able to get control of it.
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Let's not get into the whole was it or wasn't it cheese thing since people have different definitions. However, you have to acknowledge that 5 naked rax marine push is very very risky. It requires your opponent not to scout & have a bunker up to make it work. It also leaves you open to banshees with or without cloak, and leaves you in a horrible position if you don't do massive amounts of damage. It's like the 6 gate rush in PvT. Is that cheese? It is in my eyes, but I can understand why some don't see it that way.

Quite true, where were the interviews? They usually publish post match interviews, but also at the end of important match usually make some live. Not sure what happened there. At least the closing anniversary video was very nice.
