Why do so few casters seem to understand that when a muta pack gets to 20+ size it can engage lesser numbers of marines and do well?

Under 18 was a problem b/c if he were to even touch a machine or table the casino would be fined. They didn't want to take that risk.

That is correct. Machine vs HasHe now tied 1-1, playing the third game.
