Remember guys; no caster bashing, balancing whining or player abuse - you guys should know this by now! |
its friday.... maybe tomorrow there will be more people... For those who are working it is actually something to plan a trip just to see group stage play in a Sc2 tourney...
I'm from Switzerland, I'm flying to DreamHack in november and taking 2 days off in order to do that but its really exceptionnal..
Btw people, stop bashing on everything, enjoy the fact you have games streamed live, some of these are actually very fun to watch...

I really love this app IGN made that allows you to switch between all streams so quickly! I just scanned them all in a few sec which would normally be a pain if I had to use chrome. Thanks for thinking of everything!

Why can't IPL pull in a big crowd? They have the best production by far. I'm totally confused. Its a 21+ only event, and it is on a work day. 90% of eSport-Fans should be over 21. What? This makes no sense If you played Brood-War you have to beat least 21... can't imagine so many Kids in SC2. The fact of the matter is this is just of a continuation of the IPL being under appreciated by the community. And as a side note Inccontrol got eliminated. I don't even know why he's still considered a notable player.
He might not win a lot but he is still notable, if Artosis was in it he would be notable too.

If the tourney was 18+ I wouldn't expect much more spectators.

I'm a firefox user who had to change to chrome to get the 1-6 buttons at the bottom to even appear.

This is exactly why my family dropped Comcast as our internet provider. Tons of shit happened and it always took forever to fix. In the back breaking case, they told us for 2 weeks that it was our modem, made us pay for 2 new ones (despite me explicitly telling them it wasn't because I tried it at friend's houses) then finally admitted it was on their end and wouldn't refund my parents money. They have the worst customer service of all time and refuse to ever take any blame for issues.
Edit: *Modem not router

giving lucky too much time D:

Alright, so according to Liquipedia, the top 16 for the Championship Bracket are going to be:
PuMa DeMusliM Sheth Artist KawaiiRice ViOlet Lucky Socke CatZ Spanishiwa Inori KiWiKaKi HayprO HasHe* or Machine* Minigun SLush* or avilo*
*Still competing for the last two spots.
Am I correct or did I analyze this incorrectly?

The final stages are much more interesting and even more important is that the age restriction makes for an audiance that should have to probably work during the week and cant just drive out for maybe 2 hours of action. I hope the organizers planned for that and dont make a huge deficit.

I thought FXO said they were bringing Leenock to this event? Anyone know the story behind that? Even though he's under 18 they said they could get him in if they planned ahead of time.

* in the morning some truck on the road hit the "artosis" pole. all the fiber cables got cut. no internet in the casino * asian chicks on stream #5 and #6 using 3G starts to interview players and saving the show * few hours later someone downloaded brood war. so we were watching brood war tournament on stream #6 shot on the phone. kiwikaki and emperor were playing. * at the same time stream #5 chick (lani) took the trip to the "crime scene" showing us what exactly happened with the fiber cables and how the work is going on * they got satellite truck. few games were played on stream #1. but they got some technical issues again (i believe internet was still laggy) so they stopped. * another 2 hot asian chicks showed up on stream #5 and #6 * some basketball on stream #6
as for now
* open bracket games are casted on stream #2 * chick on stream #5 promises white-ra interview * and she told that internet is fixed * waiting for stream #1
