Keep enjoying the games. In advance, if you OP whine, see you in a while. If you post well, hopefully see a lot more of you :D <3 |

I mean game 1 he didn't even make a move, and imo on games 2 and 3 there were moments when he could've done some serious damage but decided to either go chasing mutas or just show his army to idra then retreat and come back just after a full round of units spawned. gotta be quite honest here, those games are kinda bad. Thats a really dumb comment to make. Who plays for a $6500 prize , makes it all the way to the end and then decides not to try. This is not the same as splitting the prize either as the loser of their match fights for 3rd place, which has a much much lower prize. Sometimes people say the weirdest things.
Well im commenting on his quality of play which i feel was inferior, and im using that phrase to paint a picture, i could've opened with "was puma playing in his sleep?" or "was one of his hands amputated?" do you think that would mean that i think his hand was actually amputated? sigh... internet smartasses ftw

With ghost mech you don't have to make a move. You cut the map in half, get even bases with zerg while defending, and then win. It was brilliant to go ultras and try to overwhelm with multiprogned attacks rather than go broods. Puma tried to drop at least twice and Idra spotted and killed them before they even reached his base. Puma messed up in game 3 with the wall-in and not seeing the banelings under the muta flock, but calling game 2 bad makes you sound like a blind hater, that game was fucking incredible.

I dunno, i saw it from the replay, maybe it's because of the lack of casters but i don't see how game 2 was any good either. maybe i just think muta play is boring.

doesn't idra kind of always go mass muta vs terran?

The game on Shak, he burrowed 2 banes that basicly killed all marines and allowed him to win the game.

People saying Puma vs Idra was staged should watch G2 again and watch Idras face impressions during the game.
I thought he would gg several times tbh.

How can you call that being metagamed ?
It was just display of not very good defensive play by Puma , in fact you dont need even to see the Ultralisk cavern to prevent such a situation , i mean he got already lots of ghosts ... why not simply make a wall from Natural to Gold and this little gap walling to totaly nullifies any A move 2 sec in vision cant react omg stuff

That game 2 was soooo good. But I wonder why Puma was so sloooow to take expansions.
