There is an active curfew in Germany? D:

just for ppl under 18

youre either talking bullshit or you are lying.
this is wrong.

He's partially right, that only applies to pubs, clubs and such without the presence of a supervisor/parent.

i know nothing of this law, but a ton of people need to realise that pretty much everywhere there is a difference between what the law is and how it is actually applied

thats something completely different.
ppl below age of x are not allowed to go to dance, pub or cinema after 12 o clock.
but "outside" is allowed

Edit: Of course as the parents have the duty of care they have to make sure their kids don't linger around at times they should be at home...

It applies to any public events. A supervisour is required for people under 16 to stay longer than 22:00 or for 16-18 to stay longer than 0:00

in theory "outside" is allowed IF they are on their way to somewhere. Loitering in general is not allowed after midnight, but seriously is that really the biggest issue to discuss now?
(esp. if we basically agree, the relevant statues really don't present a problem for this tournament)

yeah i don't feel any sympathy for failures like this either, they had weeks to prepare an 8 man invitational, this is just plain bad and they know it

if they trim the semis and finals to a bo3 and bo5 they MIGHT* get it finished by midnight using my back of a fag packet calculations
