The game against Nestea was just a brainfart though. 99 times out of 100, Nestea sees those and blocks his ramp, or has a spore in his main (no idea if he forgot or simply cut a corner), and wins the game easily after that. Happy for Tails and MVP, but that was just extreme luck. Good to see Protoss winning though, in the end. ![]()

Huge congrats to Tails. I'm not going to lie, NesTea shouldn't have really lost that, but taking out MVP and NesTea under that much pressure is INSANE. I was seriously clapping alone in my room.

DRG was probably the most risky person that you could send MVP out against. I wouldn't necassarily say that DRG was favored, but I'd say that DRG had at least a 50% chance of beating MVP.

MVP beat DRG at MLG anaheim, since then he's proceeded to smash Nestea and July without breaking a sweat. MVP has arguably the best TvZ in the world. Even DRG who has great ZvT cannot beat the very best terrans like Bomber/MVP/MMA. Picking MVP vs DRG is a great situation for IM.

MVP already beat DRG 2-1 back in Anaheim and I think his TvZ has only gotten better. Sending YongHwa out was not a good choice... Losira could have worked but MVP would have been safer, especially if you still have YongHwa and the best 2 zergs in the world waiting to be sent in. As that guy earlier said, once MVP sends out the guy that's carried them here, you need to knock him out asap before he racks up too many wins, and MVP is the one to do that.
