Man both MC and Alicia played pretty terribly... they really need to fix maps imo, look how different MC's game 1 and 3 looked just because of the map. Availability of 3rd is so important for pvz..

in addition he had an observer under the lings and infestor near the xelnaga tower all the time and still got baited.

I don't really think it was an intentional trap. I think Monster just had his mutas sitting there while he was at his base macroing probably, Fungals turned it into a trap, though.

Just to point out, on last few months, MC wasn't the best protoss in Korea by far. Just compare Idra vs HerO game in Dreamhack and this one. Arguably, Monster probably >> Idra, but the way HerO played was so different from MC. Constant harass, multitasking... MC was just trying to deathball, clearly it just doesn't work anymore.
